Facilities.

To book your seats you would have to pay a minimum deposit of Rs. 5,000/- for South Indian tours and Rs. 7,000/- for North Indian Tours.
The full payment should be reach us 7 days prior for South Indian tours and 15 days prior for North Indian tours to the commencement date. Management reserves the right to cancel the seats if the same does not reach within the specific time.
If no minimum seats booked the organization has rights to cancel the tour with full refund and in case of commute ticket cancellation the amount will be deducted from the refund amount. And the same will be informed to you 10 days in prior.
All Cancellation must be made in writing.
Transportation on your will be arranged depending on the size of the group.
Sanctioning of LFC/ LTC will be wholly the discretion of your Organization. AatmaNirbhar Tours is not responsible for any shortfall in the reimbursement of the bills issued.
Extra Chargers applicable for a person travelling alone or with the group but wishes for a separate room which may varry from place to place. Contact office for more details.
Produce valid photo ID while booking your seats for any tour.
The allotment of seats in a bus will be strictly followed by taking age into consideration. Old aged will occupy the front seats where as youngsters will be occupying the remaining seats.
In case of preponement, postponement or cancellation of seats by co-passengers the transportation will be in-accordance with the size of the group.
